Resort Martin siesta is a boutique hotel nestled in a tiny village in Parra, Mapusa, northside of Goa. It’s the serene location and laid-back life, slows down time, and invites relaxation. This ultimate getaway destination is visibly cladded with laterite stone giving it a subtle blend of luxury and grandeur. The hotel building is divided into a total of thirty-two aesthetically-designed rooms, including villa rooms, luxury rooms, and County side Pacheco’s luxury rooms. All these spaces blend old-world architecture and contemporary furnishings, making them perfect for leisure travelers and family holidays.

1. The hotel check-in time is 12.00 noon and check-out time is 11.00 A.M.
2. For arrivals at the hotel prior to 0700 hours, the reservation needs to be made and held from the previous night.
3. For late check-out, a request may be made to the hotel and is subject to availability.
4. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Any increase in government levies will be extra.
6. Children below 6 years is complimentary when sharing with parents on rooms without an extra bed.
7. Children above 6 years of age would be considered as adults and an extra adult rate would be applicable.
8. Maximum 3 Adults or 2 Adults with one/two children would be allowed per room.
9. Maximum of one extra roll away bed or one mattress would be permitted per room.
10. It is mandatory for all Guest (Indians, Non-Resident Indians/Foreigners) to produce their I.D./ Passport at check-in.
11. All guests above 18 years must carry ID proof.
12. Use of pool is free under the condition of proper swimwear.
13. Breakfast included on CP basis only. Complimentary breakfast starts at 08:30am and ends at 10:30 am at the Restaurant (Self service). Breakfast/ Meals may be served from a Fixed Menu/TDH Menu
